Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery within Cyprus typically arrives 1–3 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Shipping is free on orders over €100. Below that a standard delivery charge is calculated at checkout. You can also choose free pickup from our store in Nicosia.
Yes. Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Start a return from your account under "My orders", or contact us and we will guide you through it.
Absolutely — choose "Free pickup from store" at checkout and we will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect from Palaion Patron Germanou 20, Engomi, Nicosia.
We accept credit and debit cards through the JCC secure payment gateway. Your card details are entered on JCC's secure page and are never stored on our servers.
Each product page lists the available sizes for the selected colour. Our shoes follow standard European sizing. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us at contact@example.com and we will help you pick.
